"KX3 Coaching has been a breath of fresh air. Working with Kaitie Keough has been so rewarding. She shows she cares not only about my performance on the bike but also more importantly about my mental health. Working with a coach who knows the ups and downs of training and racing has been amazing. Also working with a female coach who understands the extra challenges being a female athlete entails is a dramatic advantage physically and mentally. Kaitie is not only my coach but a great friend. I highly recommend KX3 coaching." —Dahlia Kissel

"Kristin has changed me as an athlete. I continue to grow and develop different energy systems. My overall fitness has improved tremendously. I am accomplishing more now than ever before. Kristin has the ability to consider that I am a mother of a very active 4 year old and I must balance my day with training and recovering and being a mother. It's so important to my overall well-being. I enjoy the collaborative coaching approach also. The other coaches bring their areas of expertise to the table. I appreciate this style of coaching so much I am becoming a coach myself so I can continue to share the incredible wisdom and knowledge with others."Â
Coach Kristin's Bio"Whether my athletes have experience racing or are starting from ground zero, it is so rewarding to see each and every one of them get stronger and more confident in themselves. At KX3, we really focus on what it takes to be the best bike racer off the bike. It is motivating for me to see the work that these girls put in every day. It truly takes a team and I am excited for all that 2023 has in store!"—KX3 Coach, Emma White

"When I first started training with Emma I was entering my first year on a pro cycling team. I was largely still learning both about myself as an athlete and the ins and outs of racing at the elite level. She provided invaluable encouragement and knowledge as I navigated the ups and downs of a long season racing the Lifetime Grand Prix. I work full-time outside of cycling, and Emma built an accommodating training plan that led me to make the biggest gains I’ve had on the bike. In 2022 she coached me to a 5th place at my first Unbound Gravel, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish in 2023."—Melisa Rollins
