About Nicola:
Nicola Cranmer believes in the supreme power of serendipity. She believes in success beyond bike racing, and that what most people need is, simply, an opportunity – even if that sometimes means creating that opportunity from scratch.
Â
Nicola’s experience as a professional mountain biker in the late 80's was pivotal to founding a Women’s Professional Cycling Team in 2004. As TWENTY24’s General Manager and owner, her role includes operations and staff management, sponsor acquisition and support as well as athlete recruitment and director of development.Â
The team spans, road, gravel, mountain track and eSports. Her reputation is built on her Olympic training focus and medal results from London and Tokyo. Nicola serves on the UCI Track committee of USA Cycling and has been honored for her junior and women’s athlete development.Â

How can you help a client reach their goal?
I've spent over two decades managing and coaching athletes towards their goals. I understand pathways to performance and creating road maps for those goals. It's really motivating to be a part of the journey whether it's the Olympics or a local grand fondo. I enjoy working with all levels of athletes and have experience with beginner junior athletes through high performance athletes and everything in-between! I look forward to new challenges.Â
